am sorry to inform you that I could not attend school from 10.05.2020 to
14.05.2020 for my illness.
A doctor diagnosed me with a high fever
and prescribed me medicines and advised me a three days complete bed rest. The
doctor’s prescription is attached herewith.
I’m completely fine to come to school
now and carry on with the further study.
So, I request you to grant my leave of
absence for those days only and oblige.

With due respect, I, Ashis Sarkar from Murshidabad, am writing to you to
get some information to make a booking in your reputed hotel during Puja
vacation. On October 12, I with my family am planning to visit Puri for five
days.
I got to know about your hotel from one
of my friends who stayed at your hotel during their last trip to Puri last
year. I also had a look at your hotel photos on Google and would like to stay
in your hotel. I want to know the availability of rooms for 5 members and its
cost for per day stay. Also it would be great if you suggest some sites along
with that since it is our first time to visit.
So, kindly let us know all the details
as soon as possible so that I can take the decision at the earliest.
